How do I create my first composition?
Choose a template or create one in My Templates. Arrange your frames, then take photos for each source in sequence. Preview the finished composition before saving or sharing it.
Why can’t I use the camera?
Open iPhone Settings, find MusaSnap and allow Camera access. If access is restricted, check Screen Time restrictions. You can also select photos with the system photo picker.
Why won’t my photo save?
Allow MusaSnap to add photos in iPhone Settings and check your available storage. Keep the result screen open and try again, or use the system share sheet to save or send the result.
Why aren’t online templates loading?
Check your internet connection and try again. Catalog availability depends on your device’s region settings and published templates. Built-in templates and saved local templates remain available offline.
How do person cutouts work?
Person cutouts use on-device processing and require iOS 17 or later. Choose a photo with a clearly visible person. If no person is detected, try a different image or use a regular frame.
How can I delete my data?
Delete saved templates in My Templates and saved photos in Apple Photos. For other data requests, email us. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete all information.
