1. Use of the app

MusaSnap lets you capture still photos on one device, compose them in sequence, and create templates with text, stickers and filters. You are responsible for the photos, templates and other content you create, import or share, and must respect applicable laws and the privacy and rights of others.

2. Templates and creative content

You retain the rights you hold in your own photos and original template content. Only import or share material you have permission to use. Built-in and downloaded templates, stickers, filters and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and any stated license; access does not transfer ownership or permit standalone resale. Remote template availability may change by region or over time. Sharing a template can include its images and text, so check it before sharing.

3. Device compatibility

MusaSnap relies on iOS camera, photo library and on-device image processing capabilities. Availability and results may vary by device, iOS version, permissions and system settings. Keep backups of photos and templates you want to retain.

4. MusaSnap Pro membership

MusaSnap Pro may offer monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime membership. Available benefits, prices, billing periods and purchase types are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation before you buy.

5. Billing and renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID after purchase confirmation. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription renews automatically, and your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

6. Manage or cancel

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting MusaSnap from your device does not cancel an active subscription.

7. Lifetime membership and restoration

Lifetime membership is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not an auto-renewable subscription. It unlocks the membership benefits described at purchase without recurring subscription charges; it does not promise that every future feature or online service will remain available forever. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for purchase. Availability is subject to Apple’s purchase records and any refund or revocation.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies. If you need help with a purchase, contact Apple Support or email MusaSnap support.

9. Privacy

Your use of MusaSnap is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data the app does and does not collect.

10. No warranty

MusaSnap is provided as available. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device configuration. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes

We may update app features, available content and these terms. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
